I’m Amanda Kuron. I develop the editorial voice, content systems, and strategy that help health and wellness companies reach more people and make a bigger impact. I translate complex ideas into content that earns trust, drives engagement, and changes behavior. Equal parts Brené Brown fan, psychology nerd, and firm believer that the best content sounds like a real person wrote it.

Most content leaders come from journalism or marketing. I came from clinical social work. That background shapes everything about how I approach content: I think in terms of behavior change, not just brand awareness. I build for trust, not just traffic.
I started my career in health education and coaching at Boston College, where I designed curricula, taught courses, and coached clients on behavior change. That clinical foundation led me to Wellable, an employee wellness and benefits platform, where I joined as the first content hire and built the entire function from the ground up, including newsletters, webinars, video, curricula, a seven-person team, and the editorial systems to keep it all running.
I'm a player-coach: I stay hands-on with writing and editing while also owning the higher-level content strategy, brand voice, and team development. Staying close to the craft is how I keep the quality bar high, and thinking strategically is how I make sure the work connects to real business outcomes. Today, the content I've built reaches over 250,000 users, and I'm looking for my next chapter at a mission-driven health or wellness company where content is core to the product.

Developed content programming, sourced expert guests across clinical and wellness disciplines, and built the promotional strategy that scaled a live webinar series 10x from 500 to 5,000+ monthly attendees.
Launched AI-powered podclasses for internal wellness programs, supported production and content direction for a company podcast, and sourced guests to extend the weekly newsletter into audio.
